BR Apparel Reseller Club — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility The BR Apparel Reseller Club is open to registered businesses only. By accessing this catalogue you confirm you are purchasing for business resale purposes and not as a consumer. BR Apparel Ltd reserves the right to refuse or revoke trade account access at any time.
2. Pricing All garment prices shown on this website exclude VAT. Branding costs are separate and available on request via our current price list. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed in writing.
3. Minimum Order Value A minimum order value applies to all trade orders. Current minimums are available on request. BR Apparel Ltd reserves the right to update minimum order values at any time.
4. Payment Terms Payment is required in full prior to production unless a credit account has been agreed in writing. Credit accounts are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at any time. Overdue accounts will incur a late payment charge in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
5. Turnaround Times Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 working days from artwork approval and cleared payment. Turnaround times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Rush orders may be available subject to production capacity and will incur an additional charge. BR Apparel Ltd accepts no liability for losses arising from delayed delivery.
6. Artwork & Logo Files All artwork must be supplied in vector format — AI, EPS or high resolution PDF at 300dpi minimum. Artwork set-up and redraw charges apply where files are not supplied to specification. Embroidery digitising charges apply to all new designs. See our branding price list for current rates. All artwork submitted is assumed to be owned by or licensed to the client. BR Apparel Ltd accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-supplied artwork.
7. Embroidery Origination A one-off origination charge of £15 per design applies to all new embroidery setups. Digitised designs remain the property of BR Apparel Ltd. Repeat orders using the same digitised design will not incur a further origination charge provided the design has not been altered.
8. Samples & Pre-Production Pre-production samples are available on request and will be charged at the standard single item rate plus any applicable set-up charges. Production will not commence until the sample has been approved in writing by the client.
9. Returns & Cancellations Branded, embroidered and personalised garments cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly produced by BR Apparel Ltd. Plain garment returns must be agreed in writing within 7 days of delivery and returned in original condition with all packaging intact. Cancellations after production has commenced will be charged in full.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Goods Any claims for faulty, damaged or incorrectly produced items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. BR Apparel Ltd's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the affected items only.
11. Carriage Carriage charges are calculated at the point of order based on weight and destination. UK Mainland next day delivery is £8.95 up to 15kg plus 35p per additional kg. Saturday, timed and Highland services are available at additional cost. Risk in goods passes to the client upon dispatch. BR Apparel Ltd recommends extended liability cover for high value consignments — available at £15.00 per consignment covering goods up to £5,000 in transit.
12. Spoilage Screen print orders should allow for a 4% spoilage rate on exact quantities. BR Apparel Ltd will endeavour to minimise spoilage but cannot guarantee exact quantities on screen print orders.
13. Confidentiality Trade pricing on this website is confidential and for reseller use only. Sharing trade pricing with end customers or third parties without the written consent of BR Apparel Ltd is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
14. Intellectual Property All content on this website including product descriptions, images and pricing is the property of BR Apparel Ltd or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.
15. Data Protection BR Apparel Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your data will be used solely for the purpose of managing your trade account and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
16. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes to Terms BR Apparel Ltd reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the reseller portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
